Nutrition

My mother was a lecturer in domestic science and home economics and somehow i inherited that sort of nurturing gene that understands food as a medicine and can work intuitively as i feel comfortable with ingredients, food stuffs and international cuisines.   Over the years, just as  my mother used to show me from the surveys of her students in low income Belfast areas, this is a privilege and a gift.  I travel a lot and am consistently saddened by the dumbing down of people globally through poor diet choices and lack of confidence to cook with readily available fruit and vegetables.

In honour of my ancestors i realise more and more that i need to share what i know and since 2009 i have been teaching groups in Colombia, Brasil and Mexico how to work with vegetables and local foods to counteract health issues and raise awareness of nutrition.   I work at international retreat centres as the lead cook guided by my passion for providing nourishing food that helps people maintain high spiritual states of being.

Plant Work

I am currently updating this section which will include information about my work with Tobacco, Mugwort, Yarrow, Rose, Dandelion, Cacao, Blue Lotus and many other powerful plant teachers both from Europe and from Central and South America and Australia.  As part of the Lotus Upgrade Programme I have offered online plant diets and they have been a tremendous success.   I have been running urban dietas since 2015 and in more recent years have provided very potent online immersions fusing astrology, ancient wisdom, plant lore, protocol, ethics and plant teachers such as Rose, Blue Lotus and Yarrow.

I have been working with Sacred Plants as Teachers and Healing Facilitators for over 20 years and have spent significant periods of time doing dietas in the Amazon, Andes and working with Maestros and Medicine women and men all round the world as a participant and co-collaborator in many continents.  I have been working in a lead ceremonial facilitator context with plant teachers from different countries since 2011.
