What is the Lotus Avatar Mentoring Programme?

• Uniquely delivered personal practice, mentoring and study programme, masterclass, retreat and event immersion to develop and showcase skills including international retreats and events fusing trauma-informed, multidimensional, ethical, astrological, ancestral and galactic wisdom for Spiritual Sovereignty – each student receives tailored advice, plants (where appropriate) astrological, shamanic, psychotherapeutic and trauma-informed advice and divination to support their individual journey.

We are looking for practitioners who are already established and to a great degree ‘know who they are’ but require specialist, university standard tutelage to upgrade skills, confidence and tools. The course aims to take participants through a deep process of self-empowerment that enhances their multidimensional understanding, world-view, ethical upgrade, soul-plan, de-colonisation process and professional and international roles. There is considerable content on multidimensional ethics and we include trauma-informed teachings and bespoke readings and supervision to help you mindfully release karma and ancestral burdens to step onto your Highest Dhama Path. Exemplary younger practitioners are also occasionally accepted subject to interview and display of humility and willingness to step up in planetary service.

• Feel you need an experienced space holder to be a mirror and mentor for you to step up fully;
• Are ready to take a massive soul level leap forward and are prepared to do shadow work, deep energetic rewiring and go into constant upgrading, purification and growth over the next year or more;
• Have at least 5 years practitioner/cultural/social project experience and have already identified and made significant progress with your core wounds and traumas;
• Ideally you are over 30 years old. If not you may request a consultation with one of our senior teachers to discuss your suitability for this programme and our progression routes;
• Would like to make use of extensive networks, masterclasses and online, national and international holistic show-case gatherings;
• Become a beacon of authenticity as part of a growing guild of aligned co-creators who are committing to inner work, group co-inquiry and team work at unique bespoke change-making events;
• Would like to sharpen up your knowledge base on good practice;
• Would like to part of a dynamic team of healing facilitators who wish to be in exemplary planetary service;
• Wish to be part of the change and consciousness shift and would like to work with globally renowned practitioners and Shambhala Warriors;
• Wish to gain more experience in earth-keeping practices and learn more about indigenous science and decolonization principles in order to better the two-way process of knowledge sharing, imperative to new structures being put in place;
• Are an advocate of new educational styles such as peer to peer, experiential and online learning as well as master-classes, tutorials and retreats;
• Be part of an incubator and launch pad to emancipation and empowerment;
• Wish to understand consciousness realms, multidimensionality and trauma better;
• Gain a holistic toolkit for sharing with others and find your Highest Dharma.

The course is multi-format to cater for different learning styles and preferences and also to enable decolonization from conventional patriarchal teaching format. In honouring of the oral tradition and indigenous and feminine communication styles.
